Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the Klass Kote UK.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you within 12 months, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition under the following guidelines.

Return Policy

Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The mounting of engines and accessories, running fuel through engines, cutting or pushing out the balsa sheets in kits, and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise. Radios must be returned with unmounted servos and switch harness.
When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. ARF kits are specially packaged to insure safe shipping of all contents. In order to receive credit for a returned ARF, the contents must be returned in the original plastic covers and arranged in a manner that will not damage the contents or packaging.

Please return your item to Klass Kote UK  with a completed Track & Returns form under the Information section found on the right side of the Shopping Cart or alternatively contact by email or telephone

Freight charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to our shop.

If a mistake is made with your order, Klass Kote UK will pay for the necessary shipping to make your order right! We are not satisfied until you are satisfied! 

Shipping

Klasskote.co.uk generally ships all orders on the next Monday, Wednesday, or Friday after receiving payment.

Klasskote.co.uk ships all orders either via Royal Mail or a Courier. Shipping is calculated via the Klasskote.co.uk automated shipping estimate tool. Shipping estimates take into account product dimensions and overall weight which includes weight of packaging material. Delivery timeframes of Items sent by Courier are given as accurately as possible and in good faith. Klass Kote will notify customers when their item has shipped and supply a tracking number where required

Klasskote.co.uk has made every effort to create an automated shipping estimating tool. In some cases, the shipping estimating tool may be incorrect. In cases where the shipping is significantly more than our estimating tool has calculated, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to revise or cancel their order.

Shipping calculations are just estimates. Klasskote.co.uk reserves the right to charge additional shipping charges for Royal Mail designated to not considerd part of the UK Mainland. Customers will be notified of any additional shipping charges and will be given the opportunity to revise or cancel their order..

Customer (British & International) choosing a non trackable/signed for Shipping option do so at their own risk. Klass Kote UK  and will not be held responsible for any loss or non delivery of items shipped using this method of shipping.

Orders shipped to International Countries outside of the United Kingdom by Standard Royal Mail International Airmail service are not traceable and not insurable. This service is very reliable, but due to border crossing delays, may take longer then expected for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: International Customers assume all risks by selecting Royal Mail International Airmail service instead of the International Airsure trackable option. Once your Item has left the UK Border, Klass Kote Uk cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of item(s) by foreign postal agencies
